The Schmidt Futures Global Talent Ideas Search is your opportunity to help generate the next “Big Idea” that leads to the development of new ways to identify and support talent.

Beginning May 1st 2022 participants are invited to submit a written idea that responds to one or both of the prompts below. Round 1 submission should be no longer than 1200 words and must be written in English.
